WHEN receives Matching Grant from Shine 104.9

Shine 104.9, (http://Shine1049.org) a contemporary Christian radio station owned by the Upper Columbia Media Association, provided $10K to Women’s Healing and Empowerment Network. The grant is set aside for matching funds given to the organization.

The Women’s Healing and Empowerment Network or WHEN is a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity that helps organizations establish policies and procedures to reduce abuse, protect victims, and make perpetrators accountable for their actions. WHEN also has a facility in which women and children may live while healing from abuse.

In order to sustain its mission, WHEN is asking for your contribution to help match this grant. Visit our website at http://whenetwork.com/support-us to submit your donation or you can send a check to WHEN Matching Fund, PO Box 9637, Spokane, WA 99209. For more information, please contact Mable Dunbar at 509-323-2123.
